Faith Baptist Cares

Our church maintains an active Food Pantry for those in need. The Pantry exist both to receive food gifts and contributions and to distribute those gifts to those struggling for whatever reason-both inside and outside church membership. We make no judgments. Scripture says: “I will never leave you nor forsake you…The Lord is my helper, I will not fear”. Contact Coordinator Irene Turner.

Christ in the Passover

Saturday, April 19 @ 6:00 pm
“Christ in the Passover is a vivid and exciting demonstration showing how Jesus fulfilled the ancient feast of Passover.  It begins with the traditional Passover Seder table – complete with all the articles of this important Jewish celebration.  The speaker will explain the symbolic meanings of the various items of the Passover feast and highlight their relationship to the Last Supper that Christ celebrated with the disciples, giving special emphasis on the redemptive significance of the crucifixion.
This should be a great service and as Baptist, yes, there will be an actual meal as well.  Space will be limited so it is important that you reserve your place.  An E-Vite will be sent later this week which is the best way to RSVP but if that doesn’t work for you, RSVP by calling the church office (512-388-1340).
